What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, company (if given), phone number, email address, the collection and delivery addresses, vehicle choice, timing, and a description of the goods. If you phone or email us, we keep a record of that contact.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and give you a price.
To arrange, carry out and invoice a job if you go ahead.
To keep the business and tax records we are required to keep by law.

We use your information because it is needed to respond to you and to carry out a contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in running our courier business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. For jobs we pass to another driver, we share only what they need to do the work, such as the collection and delivery addresses, contact name and phone number, and details of the goods. Our email, hosting and form providers also process information on our behalf so the website and our email work. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a job are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed jobs, invoices and payments are kept for the period tax law requires, usually at least six years.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
